A deep dive into automating multi-vendor PDF workflows and real-time reporting.
Our customer is a distributor of classical music media. On the first of each month, a central distribution center receives several PDF reports of the previous month's shipping. Each PDF report contains the customer name, location, and inventory ordered. The inventory includes standard information such as descriptions, quantities, unit costs, and total costs. A regional executive would like to distill these reports from all customers for January-April to identify the most popular composers.
